Guided Imagery Psychotherapy
Our subconscious takes up 95% of our thinking and decision making. Many things that we do not understand directly lie hidden underneath.
Guided Imagery Psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy based on the client's imagination and inner experience. It was developed in the 1950s by the German psychoanalyst Hanscarl Leuner.
Guided Imagery Psychotherapy is about using inner images and ideas to work on emotional conflicts and problems. I guide you into a relaxed state and then ask you to imagine a specific situation or person that is related to your emotional conflicts. You then describe your inner images and feelings to me while I help you to understand and process them.
Guided Imagery Psychotherapy can be used for a variety of emotional problems, such as fears, stress, life crises, depressive moods, trauma and relationship problems. It can also be used as a complement to other forms of psychological counseling.

Guided Imagery Psychotherapy helps you get to the actual problem faster and can solve blockages faster than just talking in therapy.
